PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball counting and putting out device for pachinko machine capable of putting out balls at high speed with a small-sized drive unit and precisely counting balls. SOLUTION: This ball counting and putting out device comprises a rotor 4; a ball supplying passage 1 for supplying balls to the rotor 4; a ball discharge passage 7 for transferring balls put out from the rotor 4; a ball counting device 9 for counting the put out balls; and the drive unit for driving the rotor 4. The rotor 4 comprises a circular part 22 for temporarily receiving the supplied balls, a stepped part 23 provided on the rotating directional rear side of the circular part 22, and a ball holding part 24 continuously provided to the stepped part 23 to be deeper toward the center of the rotor 4. A clearance allowing the passing of balls carried to the ball holding part 24 in contact is formed in the ball inlet 8 of the ball discharge passage 7 to provide a ball discharge passage guide 26, and a magnet 27 for quickly stabilizing the balls is arranged in the vicinity of the ball outlet 3 of the ball supplying passage.
