PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training machine which can be used soon and can be utilized at low costs by sending air of adjusted oxygen density to the vicinity of a user's face. SOLUTION: The machine comprises: a motility conversion means for converting motility generated by training by the user to rotation; an air pump connected to this motility conversion means to be driven by the converted rotation; oxygen density for adjusting the oxygen density of air by making the air pass through an oxygen separation by using the suction or pressurizing force of this air pump; and an oxygen-adjusted air supplying means for supplying oxygen-adjusted air to a user in the middle of training.
