PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a female material for a hook and loop fastener which has an excellent printability, a clear printing pattern, a soft texture, and air- permeability, and is easy to detach with a small peeling sound. SOLUTION: This female material for the hook and loop fastener is formed by laminating a nonwoven fabric having a basis weight of 20-80 g/m<SP>2</SP>and a fineness of 1.1-33 decitex and a film having a thickness equal to or less than 50μm integrally by the needle punch method, and has a plurality of loops made of the nonwoven fabric on the surface of the film. A density of the fabric loops on the surface of the film for the female material for the hook and loop fastener is at least 10-15 units/cm<SP>2</SP>. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
