PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for judging contractable properties against hypertriglyceridemia, adipositas and hypertension. SOLUTION: The method for judging the contractable properties against the hypertriglyceridemia, the adipositas and the hypertension of a testee comprises (a) a step for collecting a biological sample containing a genome DNA from the testee; (b) a step for determining the kind of a base corresponding to the 4028th base of twelfth intron of the human SA gene present on the genome DNA of the biological sample obtained at the step (a); and (c) a step for judging the contractable properties against the hypertriglyceridemia, the adipositas and the hypertension of the testee based on the result obtained at the step (b).
