PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a Japan cedar leaf essence intended for being widely used as a prophylactic food of hay fever or allergy to Gramineae through serving the essence as a health food besides effectively using unnecessary resources. SOLUTION: This Japan cedar essence as a health food is obtained by fully washing Japan cedar leaves and extracting the essence therefrom by pressurization using a pressure cooker or extracting essence by using alcohol as a solvent. |
