PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid labor for taking out a plastic fragment, which remains in the leading end of an air blow needle when the air blow needle is thrust through a parison, from a blow molded object after blow molding. SOLUTION: The air blow needle 1 is thrust through the parison P and the plastic fragment Pa remaining in the leading end of the air blow needle 1 is subsequently pressed to the opposed inner wall surfaces of the parison P by the air blow needle 1 to be fusion-bonded thereto. Since the plastic fragment Pa is fixed inside the parison P, in is prevented from moving in the blow molded object to emit a sound. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
