PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a synthetic resin tubular matter, even after the repetition of release of which from a mold, no releasing efficiency lowers and which has a smooth outer surface. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the synthetic tubular matter including a process for coating a synthetic resin solution onto the internal peripheral surface of a mold in order to form a film thereon, a process for releasing the obtained film from the mold and a process for inserting a core material in the film and curing them in the order named, the releasing process is to release from the mold under the state that a watery layer is formed between the film and the mold through the transmission of water content through the film by moistening from the front surface side of the film after the cooling of the whole mold.
