PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous body for a filter suitable for toner particles, to provide a method for manufacturing the porous body for a filter, and to provide a toner housing container which uses the filter. SOLUTION: In the porous body 2 for a filter to collect powder while having air permeability, layers of a porous material 2 having a recessed structure of pores 4 with air permeability and having connecting pores 5 in three- dimensional directions are laminated on an air permeable base body.
