Procedure for producing a fibre board or filament path, especially for use in insulation materials, which entails that fibre board or filament path preferably compressed to the desired thickness is passed through a warm roller with a continuous, possibly pattern-printing band, and is there warmed to a temperature that surpasses the softening temperature of the fibres, and under further transport is held under the band until it is cooled to a temperature below the softening point of the fibres, for fixation of any patterned on the top.The procedure is carried out with the help of an assembly that includes a pair of rollers (2', 2'') of which rollers at least the upper one (2') can be heated, a smooth transport surface (3) positioned in the roller assembly downstream from the lower roller (2''), and parallel with this, over the heated roller (2'), an assistant roller (6) and a continual band (4) running via a tension roller (5), possibly patterned.<IMAGE> |
