<p>The appts. comprises two parallel discs with perforations permitting the liquid to pass axially. One disc is fixed as a partition, while the other is rotated to form a rotational shut-off device. The perimeter of the discs has notches of opposing slant. This forms a turbine to rotate the shut-off disc from a pressure liquid branch opening into an insulated annular chamber situated on a level with the notched section of the fixed disc.</p> |
