摘要 <p>Determination of the toxicological suitability of food for human or animal consumption determines whether toxic substances are present at, below or above acceptable thresholds. Living creatures, parts of living creatures, or replications of a part of a living creature, are exposed to food samples at different concentrations. The subjects are then monitored for any indication of a change in vital functions. An independent claim is included for an assembly for use in the above method.</p>
