<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretch formed resin container, the bottom part including the residual part of a gate of which is effectively orientated crystallized in highly stretched orientated state so as to be excellent in heat resistance or heat and pressure resistance and shock resistance and further which is excellent in self-standing properties and external appearance characteristics, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In this heat resistant stretch-formed resin container, which is a self-standing container equipped with a mouth-neck part 1, a shoulder part 2, a cylinder part 3 and a bottom part formed through the biaxially stretched blow molding of a resin, the gate residual part 8 at the center of a bottom 4 has a gate connecting part 9 and a highly stretched oritentated layer connecting to a highly stretched orientated bottom part extending radially outwards from the gate connecting part 9. As a result, this stretch formed container can be produced by a comparatively small number of man-hours and by effectively utilizing resources.</p> |
