MANIFOLD OF SERVO ACTUATOR

PURPOSE:A manifold is provided to improve the slow movement characteristic by reducing the stick slip event of a hydraulic cylinder and to secure the long life and the high reliability by preventing the damage of a servo valve. CONSTITUTION:A single-stage manifold(2) is arranged between a servo valve(1) and a servo actuator(5) serially. A seal is located under the single-stage manifold. A two-stage manifold(17) has a main pressure supply line. Thereby, the flow of fluid is controlled. The servo valve in the single-stage manifold supplies the main pressure to be supplied through the two-stage manifold to the servo actuator through left/right passages(3,4).
