<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door-lock actuator in which the constitution of a torque transmission device can be miniaturized, while a drop in the strength of the small-diameter gear of a second resin rotating body constituting the torque transmission device and that of the large-diameter gear of a third resin turning body constituting the torque transmission device is suppressed. SOLUTION: A stopper 56 and a bearing part 58 which are molded integrally on the backside of a resin case are formed in such a way that a reaction force against an impulsive force developed when a cushion rubber 39 comes into contact with the stopper 56 so as to regulate the rotation of a third resin turning body 14 acts on the body 14, in a direction in which the interaxial pitch between the small-diameter gear 20 of a second resin turning body 12 and the large- diameter gear 30 of the body 14 becomes small. For example, the side of the first turning shaft 6 of the stopper 56 is cut out, and the opposite side is cut out with reference to the side of the shaft 6 of the cylindrical bearing part 58. As a result, when the turn of the body 14 is regulated, the engagement of the small-diameter gear 20 of the body 12 with the large-diameter gear 20 of the body 14 becomes deep, and a module which is composed of the small- diameter gear 20 and of the large-diameter gear 30 can be made small.</p> |
