PURPOSE: An application method of a water saving valve is provided to economize water by washing a toilet with high pressure water and regulating the water amount properly according to urine and feces, and to reduce expenses by simplifying the structure. CONSTITUTION: A packing is placed on an annular sill, and a piston having a U-packing is embedded in a cylinder(1). A packing is fitted to the upper part of an annular sill, and a bag of a valve is inserted downward. A fixing ring is mounted to push the valve by a spring, and a water supply pipe(15) and the upper part of the cylinder are connected to vertical and horizontal passages. A bolt(14) fitting an O-ring is combined with the vertical passage, and a lid(23) is combined with the upper part of the cylinder. A pipe is combined with a water drain pipe(16), and a lever(22) mounting a soft pipe is mounted in the cylinder. The bag is placed between lower ends of the lever, and the pipe is connected to a water tank hole of the toilet. A drain valve is combined with the upper part of the water tank.
