PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of cut pile on textile and a manufacturing device thereof are capable of forming loop and the cut pile, weaving on the same surface of the textile simultaneously, increasing flexibility of the textile, cutting precisely the cut pile and producing textiles having various shapes. CONSTITUTION: The cut pile on the textile is obtained by the steps of: (a weaving process) hanging yarn and loop yarn on many crochet hooks; elevating and rotating repeatedly the crochet hooks to weave; (a loop forming process) advancing loop sinkers(210) and cut sinkers(220) installed at intervals of one to set the yarn in the middle of the loop sinker; hanging the loop yarn on hooks(212,222) to form the loop; (a cut pile forming process) advancing more the cut sinker(220) than the loop sinker(210) to form the cut pile.
