Spectacles, especially safety spectacles, comprise padded arms (7). In the region lying on the ear the upper side (11) of the arm consists of a bar (10) made of relatively hard plastic. Underneath the bar there is a region of relatively soft plastic having an essentially continuous lower edge (bar (15)). Between the lower edge and the upper bar there is at least one bubble-like bulge (16, 18) in the direction of the head of the wearer. Preferred Features: A number of bubble-like bulges are separated by approximately vertical bars (17) made of soft plastic which extend between the bar of hard plastic and the lower edge. |
