PURPOSE: An apparatus for realizing a frame of a monitor and a method therefor are provided to display an image on a monitor without driving a personal computer, thereby improving the use efficiency of the monitor. CONSTITUTION: It is judged whether horizontal/vertical synchronous signals are inputted from a plurality of personal computers(S10). If not, it is judged whether video signals stored in a plurality of memories exist(S11). If not, a predetermined message is output to report that no video signals exist(S12). If so, output of a plurality of pre-amplifiers and self driving frequency is output(S13). High voltage and deflecting circuits of display units are driven through the self driving frequency to output the video signals stored in the memories(S14). It is judged whether horizontal/vertical synchronous signals are inputted from the plurality of personal computers while displaying the stored video signals(S15). If so, it is judged whether a frame function is to be released(S16). If so, the video signal display is stopped(S17). |
