The device has a small plastic deviation box provided with projection and different fittings that are arranged in a symmetrical manner with respect to a transversal median axis of the box. The box has upper and lateral cuts, with rectangular profile, arranged above the box for allowing the passage and orientation of a belt. The belt is wounded on a small metal cylinder placed in the box for adjusting the belt.
