The plastic pipe (1) comprises liquid tight and/or gas tight inner plastic layer (2) provided with an outer plastic layer (3). The outer plastic layer can be deformed plastically under influence of local load. The hardness of outer plastic layer is lower than that of inner plastic layer. Plastic deformation of outer plastic layer takes place under load which is lower than that which leads to plastic deformation of inner plastic layer. The foaming level of outer layer is 15-85% preferably 20-50%. At least one of plastic layer comprises PVC or ABS. The outer plastic layer is permeable to gas and/or liquid. |
