PURPOSE: A rough straw-mat for tree-planting is provided which is easily installed on the normal plane formed after civil engineering works while establishing a green zone on the normal plane in a simplified manner and enabling seeds for tree-planting to grow rapidly by employing rice straw and plaited rope having good capacity of holding warmth and moisture. CONSTITUTION: The rough straw-mat for tree-planting comprises: rice straw; a plaited rope(20) having a first thread(21), a pulp(22) rolled on the first thread(21) and a second thread(23) rolled along the perimeter of the pulp(22); and seeds(30) arranged in multiple rows along the circumference outside the first thread(21) in a state in which the pulp(22) is rolled up.
