PURPOSE: A form having an injected pattern on the surface and a forming method thereof are provided to improve work efficiency, productivity and identity by simultaneously forming a pattern with injection. CONSTITUTION: A fine unevenness portion(3) is formed on the surface of a product to form a desired surface patterned portion(5). The surface patterned portion is formed in the product injection process. The surface patterned portion having the fine unevenness portion is formed by first and second corrosion processes. Since the surface patterned portion is formed simultaneously with the injection of the product, the process is simplified.
