PURPOSE: Provided is an organic sensitizer for use in an electrophotographic printer or copying machine, which maintains electrostatic property for a long time and is low in wearing of layer. CONSTITUTION: The organic sensitizer for electrophotography comprises a conductive substrate on which an intermediate layer, a charge generating layer and a charge transferring layer are laminated successively. The organic sensitizer is characterized in that the charge transferring layer comprises at least one fluororesins having the formula 1 and/or formula 2, wherein each of R1, R2, R3 and R4 is independently hydrogen, a C2-C10 alkyl or cycloalkyl, and n is an integer ranged from 1 to 50.
