A laminate whose films are reliably ultrasonically joined and sealed; a method of producing the same; and an ultrasonic welding machine used therefor. In such laminate, a fluidic substance (4) is disposed between weldable thermoplastic resin films (2, 3), and at least part of the peripheral edge thereof is multi-sealed by a joint (5) formed by ultrasonic welding and a joint (6) formed on the outside thereof by ultrasonic fusion, thus making it possible to reliably confine the fluidic substance without causing it to leak outside.
