INSTALLATION FOR SERVICE LIFE TESTS

摘要

FIELD: mechanical engineering; testing facilities. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for service life tests of gas cocks set into OPEN and CLOSED positions by reciprocative rotation. Proposed installation contains drive with slotted-link mechanism coupled with toothed rack used for reverse rotation of gear wheels with shafts connected to shafts of cocks under testing. Installation includes also jaw clutches to impart reciprocative motion to corresponding shaft of one of cocks under testing at beginning and end of reverse rotation cycle installed on shaft of each gear wheel, and torque limiting clutch. EFFECT: provision of full- scale service life tests of cocks. 3 dwg
