SUBSTANCE: integrated- circuit card 1 adapted for interfacing with card reader 2 has substrate 18, memory device 11 for saving data on scanned fingerprint, fingerprint sensor 12, card-to-reader interfacing circuit 13, and processing unit that functions to compare scanning data with fingerprint data stored in memory device to check user for authority and to actuate interfacing circuit 13 for exchanging data on card with host computer through card reader 2 when bearer of substrate 18 is authorized user. Processing unit is made for additional transfer of fingerprint data segment from memory device 11 to host computer 3 when check has shown that bearer of mentioned substrate 18 is authorized user.
