FIELD: veterinary mycology. SUBSTANCE: method involves plating cultures of strains vaccine on nutrient medium, culturing, preparing homogenate, its control for purity, concentrating and viability of cells, dilution of homogenate for required concentration and preparing the ready vaccine. After control of homogenate for purity the latter is placed into freezer and stored at temperature 4 C, not above. Method provides reducing some technological procedures and time for preparing vaccines. EFFECT: improved preparing method. |
