Compositions contain in cosmetically acceptable medium at least one copolymer of dimethicone with ethylene unsaturation with dimethicone with viscosity value from 106 to 100 x 106 sP in an aqueous emulsion and at least one associative thickening agent. Invention relates also to method for treatment of keratin materials, for example, hair. Compositions can be used for washing and treatment of keratin materials, for example, hair, skin, eyelashes, eyebrows, nails, lips, head hairy skin.
