FIELD: bursting devices for crushing and throwing-out of ground. SUBSTANCE: the bursting device has a body, fuse, charge, transducer, laser, light-emitting diodes, power source and a control panel. For increasing the device capacity-burst power-to-bursting device volume ratio, the fuse is made in the form of five solid-body cones filled with gas helium-3, having a are positioned with in pairs mutually perpendicular and the fifth-along the body axis adjoining of a ball segment enclosed in a polymeric envelope and filled under pressure with gas helium-3. The transducer is made in the form of a ball layer of fibrous composite and adjoins the ball surface of the change, the fibers are oriented at different angles, and the laser is made in the form of a lattice of injection semiconductor lasers with a pumping by pulse current.
