FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making stomach resection. The stomach stump is mobilized along the greater curvature from stomach angle and higher. Small intestine loop is sutured to posterior stomach wall along the greater curvature using double-row seromuscular suture. Serous and muscular layers of the stomach are coagulated. Stomach mucosa is coagulated without opening its lumen. Sutured small intestine wall is coagulated in the same order. Semi-pursestring sutures are put in over opening angles. The stomach stump and small intestine walls between the semi-purse-string sutures are sutured with double-row seromuscular suture making in this way anterior anastomosis lip. Coagulated mucous membranes are destroyed in palpatory way through the small intestine walls. EFFECT: prevented operation field contamination; prevented reflux gastritis occurrence. 5 cl, 3 dwg
