PURPOSE: An advertisement billboard is provided to maximize advertisement effect by static advertisement effect into dynamic advertisement effect. CONSTITUTION: A supporting piece(11) is projected from a top and bottom of a billboard body(10). An assistant billboard(30) is inserted into the supporting piece of the billboard body and is assembled to be able to rotate toward the front through an axis pin(20). A rotation circular plate comprises a motor embedded in the billboard body and an eccentric pin embedded in the motor. And an operation lever rotates the assistant billboard by being connected to the eccentric pin and the assistant billboard.
