PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly select an access destination while suppressing wasteful power consumption due to ordinary reception.

SOLUTION: A mobile communication terminal 102 for making communication by using wide area mobile communication 110 and short range wireless communication 112, is provided with: a wide area communication network output section 21 for outputting its own position information by using a wide area mobile communication network 101; a wide area communication network input section 22 for inputting access information of an external device 114 communicated through the use of the short range wireless communication 112 on the basis of its own location information outputted from the wide area communication network output section 21 by using the wide area mobile communication network 101, and a short range wireless communication section 23 for making communication by using the external device 114 corresponding to the access information of the external device 114 and the short range wireless communication 112 on the basis of the access information of the external device 114 inputted from the wide area communication network input section 22.
