<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a technique for calculating optimal personnel organization and an optimal service schedule for maintaining price competitiveness without lowering a wage level. <P>SOLUTION: A calculating device is provided with a database 2 for storing parts types, the number of parts and production units required for products, a database 4 for storing the man-hour required for the number of part production in every unit period for every production unit, a means 4C for specifying the required part types, the required number and the required production units from the given number plan of product production and calculating the man-hours required for the production units, a database for calculating the wage when service hour is given every personnel type, a database 9 for storing the limiting conditions of the personnel organization, a database 10 for storing the limiting conditions of the personnel management, and a means for searching the personnel organization and the service schedule for minimizing total wages while satisfying the man-hours required for the production units when the man-hour required for the production units is calculated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
