<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store only information necessary for a debugging operation in a trace memory. <P>SOLUTION: This debug device stores, in the trace memory 16, trace information including at least one of processor information generated by a microprocessor 11, a memory 12 and an I/O 13 when the microprocessor 11 is run.
