PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the number of components of an ejecting mechanism which has both a motor-driven ejecting function and a manual ejecting function and to save the space. SOLUTION: The ejecting mechanism 21 comprises a fitting base 26 which is fixed to a tray 11, an ejection motor 28 which is fixed to the fitting base 26, a worm 30 which is driven by the ejection motor 28, a cam gear 32 which engages the worm 30, a support arm 34 which supports the cam gear 32, a coil spring 36 which energizes the support arm 34 counterclockwise, a slide member 38 which is driven by the cam gear 32, and a position detection switch 39 which detects the movement position of the slide member 38. The ejecting mechanism 21 can place the slide member 38 in direct ejecting operation by rotating the support arm 34 supporting the cam gear 32, so the number of components is decreased to suppress the manufacture cost low and also save the space.
