PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a television type magnification display device capable of respectively magnifying and displaying a display object placed in a short distance or the display object in a certain distance such as the blackboard of a classroom and being folded and carried. SOLUTION: The display device 1 comprises: a horizontal leg part 3 provided with a horizontal data base 2; a pair of supporting arms 4 rotated and displaced in a vertical direction, whose base end is pivoted at one end of the horizontal leg part 3; a television camera 6 capable of being rotated and displaced in the vertical direction and a horizontal direction, provided on the tip side of a pair of camera arms 5 pivoted to the respective supporting arms 4 so as to be rotated and displaced in the vertical direction; and a monitor 8 capable of being rotated and displaced in the vertical direction, provided on the tip of a monitor arm 7 provided so as to be projected from the respective supporting arms 4 in the same direction as the direction that they stretch. The respective supporting arms 4, the camera arm 5 and the monitor arm 7 can be raised from a laid state almost in contact with the horizontal leg part 3 and stopped at a prescribed raised angle.
