The invention provides a light emitting display element, organic EL display element and method for manufacturing the same. The object is to reduce the electrical impedance on the connection part of the electrode of light emitting device and lead electrode for implementing an excellent signal supply. An organic EL device is formed by sequentially laminating a first electrode 2, an organic layer 3 and a second electrode 4 on a transparent substrate 1. A connection part S of a metal electrode 4L for forming the second electrode 4 and a metal lead electrode layer 6 is formed in a package device 8, thereby forming a molten connection part 9a by illuminating the connection part S with a laser beam. |
