PURPOSE: A process of preparing a health food by extracting Crataegi Fructus, silkworm, Cordyceps militaris, Monascus anka and Glycyrrhizae Radix is provided. The product is effective in treating of chronic fatigue, promoting blood circulation and improving stamina and exercise capacity. CONSTITUTION: About 40 to 50% by weight of powders of Crataegi Fructus, silkworm, Cordyceps militaris, Monascus anka and Glycyrrhizae Radix are added with 50 to 60% by weight of distilled water having a pH of 5.5 to 6.5 and then extracted. For an example, 33.38% by weight the extract is blended with 8% by weight of lactic acid bacteria, 12% by weight of foremilk powder, 8% by weight of glucomannan, 7% by weight of octacosanol, 7.5% by weight of ferrous lactate, 6.8% by weight of aspartame, 5.5% by weight of zinc oxide, 7.8% by weight of calcium lactate, 0.08% by weight of vitamin A, 0.07% by weight of vitamin B1, 0,05% by weight of vitamin B2, 0.09% by weight of vitamin B6, 0.08% by weight of vitamin C, 1.00% by weight of vitamin E and 2.15% by weight of nicotinic acid.
