PURPOSE: A tilting apparatus for a seat of a vehicle is provided to adjust an angle of a seat cushion according to a body shape of a driver by tilting a rear portion of the seat cushion. CONSTITUTION: A support bracket(30) is mounted between a lower rain(21) of a seat track(20) and a mounting bracket(80). The support bracket has an L shape in a section and a tooth surface on an upper surface. A hinged device(40) is mounted to both sides of a front portion of a seat cushion(11) through a base plate(70) of the seat track to be rotated up and down. An eccentric cam(50) is mounted to a side surface of the seat cushion. The eccentric cam is meshed to the tooth surface of the support bracket to adjust tilting degree of the seat cushion step by step according to an operation of the seat track. Thereby, riding feeling is improved and physical fatigue of a driver is reduced.
