PURPOSE: A replacement device of a valve for an intake tower is provided to make a water-intake clean possibly by replacing and repairing a worn valve and to prevent the waste of resources. CONSTITUTION: The replacement device of a valve for an intake tower contains: a base(33) installed on a floor of a dam(31) by placing concrete; a tower body(34) erected on the base(33); a control room(35) installed on the top of the tower body(34) to operate for water-intake; a supply pipe installed on the base(33) to supply the water taken in to the water source; a valve(36) installed on the tower body(34) to take the water stored in the dam(31) and to prevent an inflow of water by stopping an intake hole; a hoist gear, such as a winch, installed in the control room(35) to hoist the valve(36); and a hoist wire pulled out from the hoist gear and connected with the valve(36).
