<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an exposure device capable of improving the quality of an image formed on a recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: When laser beams L emitted from several semiconductor lasers LD are divided into several in a subscanning direction by an array refracting element 36 and condensed on recording film F, the laser beams L divided by the element 36 are temporarily condensed between a fiber array part 30 and the film F by a 1st optical system constituted of a 1st collimator lens 32A and a 1st condensing lens 38A, and at least a part of 1st-order diffracted light generated with the division of the laser beams L by the element 36 is intercepted by an array aperture plate 39 at the condensing position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
