PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a rubber weir which can be easily manufactured without much labor. SOLUTION: The rubber weir is manufactured by connecting together split members 1 divided in the circumferential direction of a rubber weir. After constituent members of the rubber weir and molds 6 made of vulcanized rubber and/or metallic material are laminated in sequence, it is vulcanizably molded and then, the mold 6 is removed to form the split members 1 and the mutual split members 1 are connected and adhered to each other. In this way, the removing part to make the split member 1 is laminated by the mold made of vulcanized rubber and/or metallic material and the mold can be easily removed after vulcanization and the split member can be manufactured, and hence, it is not necessary to cut and remove a fiber reinforced layer and a rubber layer vulcanized and adhered together with labor.
