PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for preparing a flexible polyurethane foam, which may prepare with high productivity a non- or hardly yellowing flexible polyurethane foam having a sufficient resistance to yellowing and excellent residual strain characteristics under wet heat conditions. SOLUTION: In the process for preparing a hardly yellowing flexible polyurethane foam, the hardly yellowing flexible polyurethane foam showing a small residual strain under wet heat conditions is prepared from a polyol, a foaming agent, a catalyst, a stabilizer and an alicyclic polyisocyanate compound, specifically a polycyclic aliphatic polyisocyanate.
