PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate daily cleaning by preventing adhesive of fats and oils to the lower part of inner peripheral wall surface of an outside box and the downstream part difficult to clean. SOLUTION: Crest parts 5, 5a, etc., and through parts 6, 6a, etc., are continuously formed alternately in the cylindrical shape and in the direction of the outer periphery on the peripheral wall part 2. A flange part 3 is arranged on the outside of the upper part of the peripheral wall, and a fat and oil reception part 4 is arranged on the inside of the lower part of the peripheral wall. An adhesive material 1 of exhaust gas containing particles consisting of a noncombustible or flame retardant material to be easily bent is installed on a roaster body 15 by setting a top ring 30 after setting the flange part 3 to an opening end of a table 16 and arranging the peripheral wall part 2 between an inside box 23 and the outside box 21. The particles in the exhaust gas sucked from the suction holes 34, 34a, etc., are retained in the fat and oil reception part 4 flowing down along the inside wall surface after collision and adhesion to the peripheral wall part 2, and the adhesive material 1 of exhaust gas containing particles capturing the contained particles is removed from the roaster body 15 and discarded as noninflammables.
