PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater for a high-frequency heating device with simple constitution, enough speed of temperature rise, long service life and sufficient space efficiency. SOLUTION: The device is constituted that a bending portion is not provided at the corner curving the heater member and the heater member is covered with a ceramic semi-pipe. The ceramic semi-pipe is constituted to be fixed to thermal insulation by the fixing pin engaging with the ceramic semi-pipe. The ceramic semi-pipe is constituted to be fixed to the thermal insulation by the fixing frame engaging with the ceramic semi-pipe. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
