摘要 PURPOSE: A signal processing circuit for detecting a thermal image is provided to achieve a high-quality thermal image signal and to uniformly maintain an amplifying degree in each cell by removing a resistor installed at a front of an inverter amplifier. CONSTITUTION: A signal processing circuit includes a superconductive device, an output signal stabilizing section(12), an amplifying section(14), a low-pass filter(16) and an output section(18). The superconductive device converts wavelength of an infrared ray signal into an electric signal. The output signal stabilizing section(12) removes noise contained in the electric signal by forming a high-pass filter together with the superconductive device. The output signal stabilizing section(12) allows a first node to stably receive a signal. The output signal stabilizing section(12) has a first PMOS transistor and a first NMOS transistor. The first PMOS and NMOS transistors are turned on based n first and second control signals.
