FM SYSTEM USING WIRELESS COMMUNICATION NETWORK

PURPOSE: An FM(Facility Management) system using a wireless communication network is provided to efficiently manage facilities by providing failure contents and information necessary for the entire FM work to a PDA(Personal Digital Assistants) of a worker in real time to allow the worker to check and repair the facilities, using various information about the facilities. CONSTITUTION: An FM server(10) accepts a failure report through an ARS(Automatic Response System) server(40), and transmits information to a worker through a wireless data communication network. A database(20) stores data transmitted through the FM server(10). A PDA(60) inquires the data transmitted from the FM server(10), and stores a work history after work completion. The PDA(60) has a barcode reader for recognizing barcodes attached on facilities.
