PURPOSE: An instrument panel of a vehicle is provided to improve exterior appearance and to reduce installing time for an airbag module by forming chute and an unfolding portion of the airbag including a door of the airbag integrally. CONSTITUTION: An incising line(104) formed to an unfolding portion(102) of an airbag is formed to a rear surface of an instrument panel(100). An airbag door(106) and a chute(108) connected to the airbag door are fused to the unfolding portion and around the unfolding portion with vibration and heat respectively. The airbag door and the chute are connected by a hinged portion(110). Therein, the airbag door, the hinged portion and the chute are formed integrally. The airbag door is composed of TPO(Thermoplatic Olefin). Consequently, exterior appearance is improved not by showing an installing portion of the airbag door outside. Separation of the airbag door is prevented by fixing the airbag door firmly.
