PURPOSE: A crusher is provided to improve workability by crushing materials of a small size continually supplied by collision by a rotary eccentric force and then discharging only the material of a target size among the crushed materials of fine particles. CONSTITUTION: The crusher comprises: a base; a first housing(20) which has a material supply portion(22); a second housing(30) which has a crushing chamber(31) and a plurality of first crushing pins(34); a rotary shaft(40) which has a pulley(42); a rotor(50) which has a plurality of second crushing pins(52); and a material discharge portion(60) which has a filter(62).
