PURPOSE: An on-line exclusive sale system and an on-line supply network managing system are provided to supply a commodity based on a web entirely by creating an on-line exclusive sale in a B2B marketplace and constructing a supply network which connects an agency of a member company. CONSTITUTION: A member company joined in a B2B marketplace constructs a commodity through an off-line distribution channel and an on-line supply network, and selects an on-line exclusive sale creation for the distribution. The member company checks engagement contents of the on-line exclusive sale, writes company information, and selects to join as a member. The information is informed to a B2B marketplace manager. A necessary contract is completed on an off-line and approved by on-line. An on-line exclusive sale company supplies a commodity in the B2B marketplace. A plurality of agencies join to the on-line exclusive sale and execute a business.
